Noelia Cofreces Moreno
Born in Madrid (Spain), she completed the Degree in Piano, Chamber Music and Solfege, Transposition and Accompaniment from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid.
As a student, she did the first Erasmus program for higher music education at the Sibelius Academy in Finland with Professor Carlos Juris.
Subsequently, she did a four-year Postgraduate Course at the Fryderyk Chopin Academy in Warsaw (Poland) with a scholarship from the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the tutelage of Professors Jerzy Romaniuk and Ramiro Sanjines.
Upon her return to Spain, she did a Master’s Degree in Musical Creation and Interpretation at the Rey Juan Carlos University. She has received piano training from teachers such as Claudio Martínez Mehner, Josep María Colom and Imre Rohmann.
She has performed in various chamber groups and in recent years, collaborating with singers and dancers. Along with violinist David Santacecilia, she coordinated the first three years of the summer course for young instrumentalists “Hagamos música¨.
Currently Noelia Cofreces is working at the Conservatory CIEM Moreno Torroba as a teacher of Piano and Repertoire with piano for oboe.
From 2018 she plays in the Madrid Piano Duo together with Alicia Pulido.
